People first.
Every engagement starts with the people who will use the thing. If they cannot run it, we did not build it. Training is part of the architecture, not an add-on.
RenegAIDE Collective was founded in January 2026 in Dedham, Massachusetts, by (Dr.) Beth Griffith, after a career spent proving the same thing in tax preparation, clean energy, workforce training, and community advocacy: the people closest to the work already know what is broken. They need instruments, a plan, and the money to pay for the fix.
A renegade refuses the default. An aide shows up and does the work.
We refuse the default of buying tools and hoping. We show up with Digital Helpers™ that carry the load while your people keep the keys. The Collective is the family of ventures around the practice, built so that each one holds the others up: training feeds architecture, architecture feeds products, products feed the community that started it all.
Three sentences we are willing to be held to.
Every engagement starts with the people who will use the thing. If they cannot run it, we did not build it. Training is part of the architecture, not an add-on.
AI is the accelerator, never the source of truth. Every helper has a human owner and a human gate on anything that touches a customer, a contract, or a dollar.
We measure in outcomes a funder can read: hours returned, dollars secured, people trained and certified, and work that survives an audit.
Never start from the shelf, even with three hundred agents on it.
Revenue model, real team capacity, KPIs, compliance obligations, customers. No helper gets assigned before the analysis exists.
The Renegade Command Center™ holds an inventory of more than 300 proven agents. We retune the ones that fit to your voice, your data, and your guardrails before building anything new.
Purpose-built helpers shaped to your qualification gates, your legal guardrails, and your customers' language. Deployed in tiers: unblock the funnel first, revenue second, scale third.
Everything we build connects to at least two of three legs: your product (the app, the site, the data), your growth engine (CRM, email and SMS nurture, pipelines, social planner), and your brain (the Command Center scoreboard, digests, and approval gates). Enter data once and it ripples everywhere, with a sync conductor checking daily. A one-leg build is an island. We do not ship islands.
BAP, GIP, HIC, LEED. Managing Director and Founder of Renewable Renegades. Founder of RenegAIDE Collective and RetrofitIQ. Executive Director of Gigs Uplift Mass since 2019. President of Northeast Professionals in Artificial Intelligence.
Beth is a licensed green infrastructure professional and a Building Analyst Professional whose work sits at the intersection of AI advising, clean energy workforce development, and community equity. She has trained more than 1,400 individuals and business owners, mentored more than 1,000 people, facilitated nearly 3,600 tax returns that put $7 million in refunds back into low- and middle-income households, and helped secure more than $2 million in forgivable funding for gig workers who were told they did not qualify.
She is a veteran who came home from military service to build a career in clean energy and community impact, a Roxbury Community College alumna, a founding member of the Boston Community Solar Cooperative, and a student of AI in her own right: an MBA with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence in progress, and the AI Certified Authority credential in thought leadership, earned with honors in 2026.
She pursues local, state, and federal contracts, grants, and institutional partnerships for clients because that is how the fix gets paid for. And she still teaches the beginner class herself.

Our founder learned web design at the South End Technology Center, organized through Roxbury Community College, helped found community-owned solar in Dorchester, and still books classrooms in Roxbury for people meeting AI for the first time.
Community anchors are professional spaces. The church hall, the barbershop, the guild meeting, the co-op board: that is where the real operations of a neighborhood run, and that is who this practice was built to serve first. We say it plainly on this page so nobody has to guess.
Each one feeds the others. Each one keeps the founder honest about what real operations need.
The practice you are reading about: diagnosis first, Digital Helpers™, the Renegade Command Center™, and brand work built to hold.
