Who sends it: ANEC Ventures LLC d/b/a RenegAIDE Collective (“RenegAIDE Collective,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), Dedham, Massachusetts 02026, United States.

What we send: conversational replies to inquiries you start, appointment confirmations and reminders, training and event logistics, service and account notifications, and, only where you separately consent, occasional offers, educational content, and event invitations from RenegAIDE Collective and our sister firm Renewable Renegades.

You consent to receive text messages from us when you check the SMS consent box on one of our web forms, text a keyword to our number, reply to a message we send, or give us your mobile number and ask to be contacted by text, verbally or in writing. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service or enrolling in any program. We keep a record of when and how you consented.

Message frequency, rates, and carriers

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from us to cancel. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in by replying START or providing consent again. You can also opt out by emailing us or calling us at the contact details below.

Privacy of your mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share your number only with the messaging platform providers that deliver our messages, and only for that purpose. Our full Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through messaging.

Changes and eligibility

You must be the account holder or have the account holder's permission for the mobile number you provide, and you must be at least eighteen years old to consent to marketing messages. We may change these terms, the program, or the short code or number we send from; we will post changes here and notify you where required.
