Our commitment

RenegAIDE Collective wants everyone to be able to read this site, book a call, and take our trainings, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across this website and to apply the same standard to the documents and learning materials we produce.

What we have done

• Light, high-contrast color system with body text in near-black on warm white and brand colors reserved for headings and accents.
• Semantic HTML with a skip link, landmarks, a logical heading order, and keyboard-operable navigation, menus, forms, and interactive tools.
• Visible focus states, form labels on every field, and error messages that do not rely on color alone.
• Motion that respects your system's reduced-motion preference: animations, count-ups, and the moving background stop, and the page renders fully static.
• Alternative text on meaningful images and decorative images hidden from assistive technology.
• Text that scales with browser zoom up to 200 percent without loss of content, and layouts that work down to 320 pixels wide.

Known limitations

• Embedded third-party tools, including the scheduling widget and video players, are controlled by their providers. We choose vendors with accessibility commitments, and we offer email and phone booking as an alternative.
• Videos we publish will carry captions; where an older video lacks captions, we will provide a transcript on request.
• Some downloadable documents from partners may not be fully tagged. Ask us and we will provide an accessible version.

Accessibility in our trainings and events

Live sessions include captions where the platform supports them, materials are shared in advance in accessible formats on request, and in-person venues are selected for step-free access wherever possible. Tell us what you need when you register and we will make it work.

This statement was last reviewed on September 12, 2026. We test the site with keyboard navigation, browser zoom, reduced-motion settings, and automated contrast checks, and we review it again whenever we make significant changes.
