Renegade Command Center™
What does a Renegade Command Center™engagement include?
An organizational audit before it is anything else. Before RenegAIDE recommends a single tool, the Command Center's diagnostic layer examines the organization itself, its founders, co-founders, and staff, to work out what that specific organization actually needs, instead of selling a predetermined package.
What you receive
Five things, in this order.
The count of helpers follows the diagnosis, not a price tier. One nonprofit's audit produced a 14 Digital Helper™ configuration. Yours follows your task map.
- The diagnosis. A task map of the work as it is actually done, and a straight call on which leg is cracking: People, Systems, or Money.
- A Digital Helper™ configuration sized to that diagnosis, with a primary and a backup human owner on every helper.
- Named human gates on money, contracts, and customers. Nothing sends, deletes, or pays on its own.
- A written policy a board can sign off, and a 12-month roadmap sequenced funnel first, revenue second, scale third.
- One scoreboard. KPIs, weekly digests, approval gates. Visible or it does not exist.
How it runs
Diagnosis to scoreboard in about eight weeks.
Sequencing is strategy. We deploy in tiers.
Week 1Diagnosis and task map. Owners named. Funding doors identified.
Weeks 2 to 3Repurpose what fits from an inventory of more than 300 purpose-built agents; configure voice, data, and guardrails.
Week 4Human owners trained. Gates tested with real cases. Nothing ships untested.
Weeks 5 to 8Tiered deployment: funnel, then revenue, then scale. Scoreboard live.
OngoingWeekly digests, monthly architecture review, quarterly re-diagnosis. A fractional or part-time Chief AI Officer arrangement is available for organizations that want ongoing coverage rather than a single audit.
Who it is for
Built for the people who do the real work.
- Workforce boards, nonprofits, and community development organizations that answer to a board and to funders.
- Contractors and cooperatives with roughly 15 to 50 people, where one person still holds too much of the knowledge.
- Companies and institutions of 100 or more that have bought tools nobody uses.
- Anyone whose honest answer to “which leg wobbles first?” is “I am not sure.” That is what the diagnosis is for.
Next step
Start with the diagnosis, not the tool list.
A discovery call is thirty minutes, free, and ends with a straight answer, including “you do not need us yet.”
