Digital Helpers™

Helpers that carry the load.Humans who keep the keys.

A Digital Helper™ is what the industry calls an AI agent, configured the Renegade way: one job, one voice, one set of guardrails, one named human owner and a backup. Fourteen of them, wired into the systems you already pay for, is a configuration. Three hundred of them on one scoreboard is the Renegade Command Center™.

The configuration

An example 14 Digital Helper™ configuration.

Yours is built from your diagnosis, not from this list. This is what a standard configuration looks like once the task map is done: five helpers on the People leg, six on Systems, three on Money.

People · 5 helpers
People legTraining Assistant

Turns your SOPs into lessons, quizzes, and refreshers, and tracks who completed what.

People legOnboarding Guide

Walks a new hire through week one so your best person does not have to.

People legInbox Dispatch

Triages the shared inbox, drafts replies for approval, routes deletions to a review folder. Never sends without a human.

People legScheduling and Follow-up

Books, reminds, reschedules, confirms, and closes the loop in your calendar and CRM.

People legCommunity Voice

Drafts newsletters and social posts in your voice, in a review folder, for a person to approve.

Systems · 6 helpers
Systems legChief of Staff

The conductor at the top of the pyramid. Routes work, keeps clusters under nine, escalates to humans by name.

Systems legIntake and Qualification

Asks the right questions before a human spends an hour, and scores the fit.

Systems legProposal and Grant Drafter

First drafts from your evidence and your voice. Where evidence is missing it writes [ADD METRIC], not fiction.

Systems legCompliance Sentinel

Watches deadlines, approvals, renewals, and expirations, and counts down out loud.

Systems legReporting Scribe

Turns activity into KPI digests a board can read, weekly, without anyone building a slide.

Systems legPublic Records Researcher

Public records requests and pre-bid research for government contracting, filed and tracked.

Money · 3 helpers
Money legGrant and Funding Radar

Scans for grants, RFPs, cohorts, and pitch competitions that fit, scores them, and posts the shortlist every morning.

Money legQuotes and Invoices Assistant

Drafts quotes and invoices for approval. Sees the money, never moves it.

Money legReviews and Reputation

Requests reviews at the right moment, monitors them, and drafts responses for a person to send.

Rules of the house

Seven rules every helper is built under.

They are not features. They are the reason a board can sign off.

  1. Two human owners, always. A primary and a backup on every helper. No exceptions, including the escalation path.
  2. Human gate on money, contracts, and customers. Anything that touches one of the three waits for a person.
  3. Two-leg minimum. Every helper connects to at least two of your product, your growth engine, and your Command Center. No islands.
  4. Enter once, ripple everywhere. Data entered in one place propagates to the others, and a sync conductor checks daily.
  5. Visible or it does not exist. Every helper's output lands on the scoreboard.
  6. Never sends, deletes, or pays on its own. Drafts go to a labeled folder for review. Deletions go to a review folder with a manifest.
  7. Evidence or [ADD METRIC]. Trained on your proof. Where proof is missing, it says so instead of inventing it.
The system

Renegade Command Center™

An inventory of more than 300 purpose-built agents and the operating system that keeps them from talking over each other.

A Chief of Staff sits at the top. Squads sit beneath it. No more than nine agents communicate inside any cluster, because too many agents talking at once falls apart. Each tier talks up and down. The Command Center audits an organization and its founders, co-founders, and employees to determine what the organization actually needs, then repurposes what fits before building anything new.

  • One scoreboard: KPIs, weekly digests, approval gates
  • Escalates to humans by name, with a backup, on a service level
  • Included in every AI audit; offered as a product on its own

Plain talk

What a helper is not.

Not a chatbot bolted to your homepage.

A helper has a job inside your operation, a task map behind it, and a person responsible for it. A widget has none of those.

Not a replacement for the person who knows the work.

It is built from that person's knowledge so the knowledge survives vacations, promotions, and departures. The person stays the source of truth.

Not a subscription you forget about.

Every helper reports to the scoreboard weekly. If it stops earning its keep, you will see it, and so will we.

How a build runs

Diagnosis to scoreboard in about eight weeks.

Sequencing is strategy. We deploy in tiers: unblock the funnel first, revenue second, scale third.

Week 1Diagnosis and task map. Owners named. Funding doors identified.
Weeks 2 to 3Repurpose what fits from the inventory; configure voice, data, and guardrails.
Week 4Human owners trained. Gates tested with real cases. Nothing ships untested.
Weeks 5 to 8Tiered deployment: funnel, then revenue, then scale. Scoreboard live.
OngoingWeekly digests, monthly architecture review, quarterly re-diagnosis.
Next step

Fourteen helpers. Two owners each. One scoreboard.

Start with the diagnosis and we will show you which helpers your task map actually calls for, and which ones you can skip.
