Our founder holds building science and green infrastructure credentials, including Building Analyst Professional, Green Infrastructure Professional, Home Improvement Contractor, and LEED; those credentials relate to buildings and are not a license to give legal or financial advice. For decisions in those areas, consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.

Results and outcome stories

The numbers on this site describe our founder's own track record and specific builds we delivered. Outcome stories are anonymized where a client has not signed off on being named. They describe what happened in those engagements; they are not a promise of what will happen in yours. Results depend on your organization, your people, your systems, and your funding, and they vary.

Funding and grants

We help organizations identify funding categories and prepare applications. We do not guarantee that any grant, reimbursement, contract, or award will be made, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency or funder unless we say so explicitly. We do not invent program names, deadlines, eligibility rules, or dollar figures; eligibility, rates, and caps are set by the programs and change over time. Confirm current rules with the program before you apply.

AI tools and outputs

We use AI tools and build AI-enabled helpers. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or out of date. Human review is part of our method, and human owners and approval gates are part of every helper we build, but you remain responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any output, and for how helpers are used on your accounts after handoff.

Training approvals

References to state-approved courses describe the approval status of specific courses under the Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund Express Program at the time of publication. Approval status, expiration dates, and reimbursement terms change; we confirm current status with you before you enroll or apply.
