The short version

We collect what we need to answer you and do the work, we never sell it, we never share your mobile number or texting consent with anyone for marketing, and you can ask us to correct or delete it any time by email.

Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how ANEC Ventures LLC d/b/a RenegAIDE Collective (“RenegAIDE Collective,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, book a call, enroll in a training, exchange text messages with us, or engage our services. RenegAIDE Collective is the AI advising and architecture practice founded by (Dr.) Beth Griffith in January 2026, based in Dedham, Massachusetts 02026, United States. Our sister firm, Solsis Energy Advising & Training LLC d/b/a Renewable Renegades, delivers workforce training with us and follows this same policy when we work together.

We keep this policy in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email us and a person will answer.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you contact us, book a discovery call, enroll in a course, subscribe to messages, or sign an engagement, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, phone number, organization, role, the message you write, scheduling details, and the documents or data you share so we can do the work.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, how long you stay, and the page that referred you. We use this to keep the site secure and to understand which pages are useful. See our Cookie Policy for the details.

Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We receive confirmation of payment and limited billing details. We do not store full card numbers or bank account numbers on our systems.

Client and training data. During an engagement, you may give us access to documents, systems, and data about your organization, your staff, and your customers. We treat that information as confidential under our engagement terms and use it only to deliver the services you hired us for.

How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry and schedule and hold calls, trainings, and sessions.
  • To deliver, document, and improve the services you engage us for, including diagnostics, architecture plans, Digital Helper builds, training programs, and brand work.
  • To send transactional messages such as confirmations, reminders, invoices, course logistics, and service updates.
  • To send marketing messages, event invitations, and educational content only where you have consented or where the law otherwise permits, always with an easy way to opt out.
  • To operate, secure, and analyze our website.
  • To comply with law, enforce our agreements, and protect our rights and the rights of others.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, we may send you conversational replies, appointment confirmations and reminders, and training logistics. With separate consent, we may send occasional offers or event invitations. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can get help by replying HELP or contacting us directly.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We use messaging platform providers only to deliver the messages you asked for. Full details are in our SMS Messaging Terms.

How we share information

We share information only in these situations:

  • Service providers that help us run the business under contract and only for our purposes: our customer relationship and messaging platform, our scheduling tool, our website host, email and productivity providers, payment processors, video and learning platforms, and analytics providers.
  • Sister firm. When Renewable Renegades delivers training alongside us, we share the enrollment and attendance information needed to run the program.
  • Professional advisors such as accountants, attorneys, and insurers, bound by confidentiality.
  • Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the safety and rights of any person.
  • Business transfers. If we merge, reorganize, or sell part of the business, information may transfer to the successor under this policy.
  • With your direction. For example, when you ask us to introduce you to a partner or funder.

How we use AI tools

We use AI tools to help draft, organize, and analyze work. We configure the tools we use for client work so that client data is not used to train public models, we apply human review to AI-assisted output before it goes to a client or a funder, and we never treat an AI output as evidence of a fact it cannot source. Digital Helpers we build for clients run on the client's own accounts and platforms; the client controls that data.

Cookies and analytics

Our site uses strictly necessary cookies to function, and may use analytics cookies to understand traffic and functional cookies from embedded tools such as our scheduling widget or video players. You can control cookies through your browser. See the Cookie Policy.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here: inquiries generally for up to two years; client engagement records for the term of the engagement plus the period required for tax, audit, contract, and grant compliance (commonly seven years); training and certificate records for as long as needed to verify completion; and messaging consent records for as long as required by carrier and regulatory rules. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and vendor review. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We honor reasonable requests from anyone, regardless of location. To make a request, email beth@renewablerenegades.com from the address we have on file, or call us. We may need to verify your identity. You can opt out of marketing email through the unsubscribe link in any message and out of texts by replying STOP.

Children and youth programs

Our website and marketing are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information online. Some of our mentorship and workforce programs serve participants of high school age; those programs are administered through partner institutions with the consent and safeguards those programs require. If you believe a child has provided us information without appropriate consent, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party sites and tools

Our site links to and embeds third-party services, including our scheduling tool, video hosting, LinkedIn, and partner websites. Their privacy practices are their own. We encourage you to read their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services, tools, or the law change. The date at the top tells you when it last changed. Material changes will be posted here, and where appropriate, sent to you directly.
