What we do

Diagnose. Build. Fund.In that order.

Nine ways to work with RenegAIDE Collective, every one of them starting with a diagnosis and ending with something your funder can read. There are no prices on this page on purpose: the scope comes from the diagnosis, and the funding conversation comes free.

01 · Diagnose

Find the leg before you buy the fix.

Two instruments. Both end with a written readout you can hand to a board or a funder.

Instrument 1

AI Readiness Diagnostic

Ninety minutes with your leadership team on the eleven-point Renegade Readiness Index™. You leave with a five-level maturity score and a ninety-day action plan.

  • Eleven points across People, Systems, and Money
  • Five-level maturity model, scored in the room
  • Ninety-day action plan sequenced for your funding cycle
  • The funding conversation, included

Deliverable
A written readout your board can read in ten minutes, in your brand.

Instrument 2

AI Workforce Readiness Audit

For organizations ready to move: a task map of who does what and where AI belongs, with human-review checkpoints named and a policy your team helped write.

  • Task map by role, with AI-appropriate tasks flagged
  • Named human-review checkpoints on anything touching a customer, a contract, or a dollar
  • An AI use policy written with your team, not at them
  • Twelve-month roadmap aligned to grant and reimbursement windows

Deliverable
Task map, policy, roadmap, and a helper shortlist ready to build.

02 · Build

Architecture your people will actually use.

Configured on the platforms you already pay for. You keep the keys.

Practice

AI advising and architecture partner

A senior advisor and architect on call for your leadership, on a monthly cadence. Not a seat license. Not a slide deck. A person who has built the thing.

  • Vendor and build-or-buy decisions, with the receipts
  • Governance, policy, and risk in plain language
  • Procurement, RFP, and grant language for AI work
  • Board and funder briefings you do not have to write

Deliverable
A standing architecture plan, updated monthly, plus a named backup so nothing waits on one person.

Product

Digital Helper™ builds

Purpose-built helpers, configured the Renegade way: one job, one voice, one set of guardrails, one named human owner and a backup. Fourteen of them, wired together, is a configuration.

  • Built to your task map, never to a template
  • Primary and backup human owner on every helper
  • Two-leg minimum: wired into your product, growth engine, or Command Center
  • Drafts to a labeled folder for review; never sends, deletes, or pays without a person

Deliverable
A working 14 Digital Helper™ configuration with owners trained and gates tested. See the configuration.

System

Renegade Command Center™

Your organization's brain: an inventory of more than 300 purpose-built agents and the operating system that keeps them from talking over each other.

  • Audits the organization plus its founders, co-founders, and employees to determine what it actually needs
  • A Chief of Staff at the top, squads beneath, no more than nine agents talking inside any cluster
  • One scoreboard: KPIs, weekly digests, approval gates
  • Repurposes what fits before building anything new

Deliverable
A Command Center configured to your organization, visible to leadership, escalating to humans by name.

Practice

Brand and thought leadership

Community organizations deserve the same polish as a Fortune 500. Websites like this one, LinkedIn authority for founders and executives, and message-driven stories for grants, decks, and stages.

  • Showstopper websites and landing pages, light, fast, and yours
  • LinkedIn positioning built for buyers, government, and recruiters
  • Message-driven storytelling for proposals, decks, and keynotes
  • Brand systems that survive the next hire and the next platform

Deliverable
An agency-standard brand and web presence, held to an agency standard on every deliverable.

03 · Fund and sustain

The money leg is never optional.

Every scoping call includes the funding conversation, free. We name the categories that fit and what each needs to see. We never invent a program, a deadline, an eligibility rule, or a dollar figure.

The seven funding doors

State workforce training funds, federal workforce and community grants, philanthropic and corporate foundations, employer training reimbursement, tax credits and incentives, mission-aligned lending, and procurement set-asides. We walk the ones that fit you.

Training and the AI Academy

Twelve courses with assessments, rubrics, and certificates. State-approved courses in Massachusetts under the Workforce Training Fund Express Program, with reimbursement guidance included.

See the Academy

Speaking and facilitation

Keynotes, 75-minute live builds, mentorship circles, and board sessions that lead with the pain point and end with something built.

Forty-second readiness check

Which level are you at?

Six statements. Yes or no. This is a quick read, not the full eleven-point Renegade Readiness Index™, and it is honest enough to say you are fine.

We have a written AI policy our staff has actually read.

Someone owns AI here by name, with a backup.

Our core workflows are documented well enough that a new hire could run them.

We know which funding categories could pay for training and systems work.

Our team has had formal AI training, not just a lunch-and-learn.

We can report an outcome from an AI tool to a funder or board with evidence.

Questions

Asked on almost every first call.

Do you sell software?

No. We are an advising and architecture practice. We configure and build on platforms you own, and we walk away with you still holding the keys, the data, and the documentation.

What exactly is a Digital Helper™?

What the industry calls an AI agent, configured with one job, one voice, one set of guardrails, and a named human owner plus a backup. It drafts, sorts, scouts, and reminds. It does not send, delete, or pay without a person.

We are a small nonprofit. Are we too small?

Our smallest engagements are a diagnostic and a training cohort, and both are fundable. Book the call. If you do not need us yet, we will say so and still walk you through the funding doors.

Can you help us pay for it?

Yes. That is the Money leg. Every scoping call includes the funding conversation. We never invent a program, a deadline, or a dollar figure; we name the categories that fit your organization and what each one needs to see.

Do you work outside Massachusetts?

Yes. We are based in Dedham, work across the Northeast in person, and everywhere else virtually. Government and institutional buyers can request our capability statement.

Who owns the work?

You do. Your data, your accounts, your documentation, your helpers. Our frameworks and their names stay ours; the outputs are yours.

Next step

Start with the diagnosis. Everything else follows.

Thirty minutes. A straight answer. The funding doors that fit. No prices to guess at, because the scope comes from the diagnosis.
