The rules we work under, written to be read.
Last updated: September 12, 2026 · ANEC Ventures LLC d/b/a RenegAIDE Collective
Use the site lawfully. Every engagement runs on a written scope. You own your deliverables once paid; our frameworks stay ours. AI helps us work, and humans review it. We never guarantee funding or outcomes. Massachusetts law applies, and we talk before anyone sues.
Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the RenegAIDE Collective website and your purchase or use of our services. By using the site, booking a call, enrolling in a program, or signing a proposal, you agree to these Terms. If you are acting for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the services.
The services are provided by ANEC Ventures LLC d/b/a RenegAIDE Collective (“RenegAIDE Collective,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Training programs may be delivered together with our sister firm, Solsis Energy Advising & Training LLC d/b/a Renewable Renegades.
What we do, in plain terms
“Services” means AI advising and architecture, readiness diagnostics and audits, Digital Helper and Command Center builds, training and workforce programs, speaking and facilitation, and brand and thought leadership work. Every engagement is described in a proposal, statement of work, enrollment confirmation, or contract (a “Client Agreement”). If a Client Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Client Agreement controls for that engagement.
Using the website
You may use the site for lawful purposes and for learning about and engaging our services. You may not scrape, copy, or republish site content beyond fair use, interfere with the site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, upload malicious code, or use the site to send unsolicited messages. The site, its design, copy, images, and code are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law.
Bookings, calls, and communications
Discovery calls are booked through a third-party scheduling tool and are free of charge unless a Client Agreement says otherwise. By providing contact details you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry by email, phone, or, with your consent, text message. Text messaging is governed by our SMS Messaging Terms. Calls and sessions may be recorded for note-taking only with notice to participants.
Engagements and client responsibilities
- Scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees are set in the Client Agreement. Changes to scope are agreed in writing and may change fees and timelines.
- You will provide timely access to the people, information, and systems needed to do the work, and you are responsible for the accuracy of what you provide.
- Where the work requires access to your accounts or platforms, you will grant access through the platform's own sharing, role, or integration features. We do not ask for and you should not send us passwords in plain text.
- You are responsible for decisions made using our advice and deliverables, including procurement, hiring, funding, legal, and financial decisions.
- You will use the deliverables in compliance with applicable law, including privacy, employment, and consumer protection law.
Fees and payment
Fees are stated in the Client Agreement or the enrollment page. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within fifteen days, deposits are due before work begins, and retainers are billed in advance. Late amounts may accrue a late charge of 1.5 percent per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is less, plus reasonable collection costs. Fees exclude taxes; you are responsible for applicable sales, use, or similar taxes. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Training programs
Enrollment is confirmed when payment or a purchase order is received. Certificates are issued to participants who complete the required sessions and assessments. Participants are expected to treat instructors and peers with respect; we may remove a participant who disrupts a session without refund. Course materials are licensed to enrolled participants for their own use and may not be redistributed. State-approved courses are delivered as standardized training on instructor-supplied scenarios and are not a substitute for engagement-specific advising.
Intellectual property
Your deliverables. Upon full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for you under a Client Agreement, such as readouts, roadmaps, policies, configured helpers on your accounts, and brand assets, except for our pre-existing materials.
Our frameworks. The Renegade Command Center, the Renegade Readiness Index, Digital Helper and the 14 Digital Helper configuration, the Broken Leg Diagnostic, the Renegade Method, and our course curricula, templates, prompts, and know-how are and remain our property. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them internally as part of your deliverables. You may not resell, sublicense, or present them as your own.
Portfolio use. We may describe work in anonymized form. We will only name you, quote you, or use your logo with your written sign-off.
Feedback. Suggestions you give us about our services may be used without obligation.
AI-assisted work and outputs
We use AI tools in the course of our work and we build AI-enabled helpers for clients. AI outputs can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. We apply human review to work we deliver, we require human owners and approval gates on helpers we build, and we do not represent AI output as fact without a source. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them and for how helpers are used on your accounts after handoff. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, accounting, engineering, or investment advice; consult a licensed professional for those decisions.
Funding, grants, and reimbursement
We help clients identify and pursue funding categories and prepare applications. We do not guarantee that any grant, reimbursement, contract, or award will be made, and we do not control the decisions of funders or agencies. We do not invent programs, deadlines, eligibility rules, or dollar figures; where information is unverified we say so. You are responsible for the accuracy of applications submitted in your name.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's non-public information with reasonable care, use it only for the engagement, and not disclose it except to those who need it and are bound to confidentiality, or as required by law. These obligations continue for three years after the engagement ends, and indefinitely for trade secrets and personal information.
Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in a Client Agreement, the site and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular result, revenue, funding, or outcome will be achieved.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable to the other for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or funding, arising from these Terms or the services, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim arising from the site or the services will not exceed the fees you paid us for the specific services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred dollars for use of the site alone. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places these limits apply to the extent permitted.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the services or deliverables, or the data and materials you provide to us. We will indemnify you against third-party claims that a deliverable we created, used as delivered, infringes a third party's United States copyright or trademark, provided you notify us promptly and let us control the defense.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement as set out in the Client Agreement. We may suspend or end your access to the site for a breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive, including payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, survive termination.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, the parties will try in good faith to resolve the dispute by discussion between principals, and if that fails within thirty days, by mediation in Massachusetts with costs shared equally. Any claim not resolved by mediation will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Norfolk County, Massachusetts, and each party consents to their jurisdiction. Either party may seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or confidential information at any time.
General
These Terms, together with any Client Agreement and the policies linked on this site, are the entire agreement between you and us about their subject. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control. Notices to us go to the email address below; notices to you go to the address on file. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
