Frontline teams
The people doing the work: intake, field, admin, drivers, contractors. Practical, hands-on, in their language, on instructor-supplied scenarios so every session is training, not billable consulting.
Adoption fails when training is a lunch-and-learn and a prayer. The AI Academy is twelve courses with assessments, rubrics, and a certificate, delivered live by people who have trained more than 1,400 individuals and business owners, together with our sister firm Renewable Renegades.

Sixteen of our courses are approved under the Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund Express Program, administered by Commonwealth Corporation, with more under review.
Eligible Massachusetts employers may be reimbursed for a portion of approved course costs. We walk you through the application. It is the Money leg, and we do not skip it. Employers outside Massachusetts: ask us about your state's workforce training fund; most have one.
Eligibility, rates, and caps are set by the program and change over time. We confirm the current rules with you before you apply and never quote a figure we cannot source.
